You get what you pay for. Even though they're more expensive the product is definitely worth the price you pay. Comfortable seats, air conditioned cabin and everything ran perfectly on time. We were also lucky in that our boat was only half full so it felt very spacious and relaxed. I would travel with Einstein Fast Boats again. The route we took was Bangsal to Sanur. Helpful staff at Bangsal and a nice cafe to wait in after check in. Overall, seamless and friendly service.

We booked Einstein fast boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida and it was a very pleasant experience. We bought the tickets directly on their website. Price was 200.000 per person, which is absolutely reasonable. The check in process is smooth, once you know, you have to go to their office at sanur harbor to check in. You can leave your luggage there, they will bring it to the fast boat. At the terminal there was a short waiting time, the boat was full, the seats are are a little bit smaller than in Europe for example, but very comfortable. The crew was very welcoming and nice. We were lucky with the weather, so the sea wasn't too rough. Anyways it's the open sea, so if the weather is bad, the waves might be quite high, but that's not the fault of the boat companies. Take seasick pills and choose a seat in the back of the boat. Nothing else you can do and trust the captain :).

By far, I’ve taken 2 round trip journeys, Sanur-Penida and both were impressive. Some little hiccups, but it doesn’t hinder the good experience. Honestly, I will only take this boat for the sea journey on the itinerary served. It’s punctual, good arrangements, comfortable sea ride, unlike the previous boats I’ve taken. I’m glad that it comes to being. My input would be just the Penida side, where the guide doesn’t bring a flag so it’s hard to see where he is when leading us to the boat as there are a loooot of people on the harbour.

Had our first journey on fast boat travelling to nusa penida. We purchased our tickets directly on their website. The tickets then were emailed but please note you have to complete the booking by adding all passengers details. You can also buy the tickets at the office before travel. The check in office in Sanur was easy to find following the sat nav (further down the road). Check in was easy and the check in office has air con and toilet on premises. You can also buy some refreshing canned drinks and even beer 😁 The boat ride itself offered great service and comfortable seats along with AC, little complimentary snack and water which was a nice touch. The staff were polite and helpful. As someone who suffers from motion sickness I was nervous about the boat ride, but luckily sea wasn't too bad and I felt fine. It definitely helps to sit at the back and concentrate the view on one point outside to prevent feeling sick. All in all great service, see you in few days for the next trip to gilli islands!
